Just like your car or home's air conditioning system, your gate requires periodic maintenance to ensure its performance. Over time and after regular use, the internal mechanisms of a gate entry system can wear down and break. By scheduling regular maintenance, our technicians will be able to catch minor issues that may typically go unnoticed but have the potential to cause extensive damage and costly repairs.

Swinger Gate Company provides a comprehensive maintenance program to our DFW customers. Our technicians will operate, inspect, lubricate or adjust hinges, chains, rollers, access controls, safety devices, loops, probes, control boards and power sources.

Even if we did not install your gate, we invite you to take advantage of our preventative maintenance program. You choose the frequency of our visits (monthly, quarterly, or annually) based on the use of your gate.
